When can you return or exchange?

When the product has not been used and is still in its original packaging.

Return and exchange within 30 days. After this period, the purchase is a fact.
The shipping costs of your return are for your own account (with Track & Trace €4.25). Happinote does not reimburse these.

How to return or exchange?

Step 1:
Report your return within 30 days of receipt. Mail us at contact@happinote.nl and include your order number so that we know that your return is coming. Do you want to exchange your product? Then indicate for which product you would like to exchange.

Step 2:
Send your return to us. We advise you to send this by Track & Trace and to keep your proof of shipment as proof of shipment. We are not responsible if a return is lost.

Step 3:
After receiving your return, we will refund or ship your exchanged product as soon as possible. When returning the entire order, the refund includes shipping costs. The return costs are for your own account. In case of a partial return of your order, only the amount of your returned product will be refunded.


Was your product delivered damaged?

If your product has been delivered damaged, please report this to us within 14 days of receipt. Mail us a photo of the damaged product to contact@happinote.nl. Also let us know if you want to return or replace the product. If you choose replacement, we will send a new one as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of the damaged product.


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to our address are for your own account. These costs are approximately €4.25 per package, consult the carrier's website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@happinote.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Some of the products you purchase through this web store are custom made to your specified specification. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is final after successful payment.
