What is stone paper?
The paper is made of stone in combination with clean plastic. First the stone is ground and then stuck together with clean plastic.
It is not a whiteboard, but it feels like real paper. It is also water and tear resistant.

HOW DOES A HAPPINOTE ERASED NOTEBOOK WORK?
Super easy.
1. Write with an erasable pen (with frixion ink)
2. Clear Spray water on the cloth or directly on the page to erase. Erase something small? Then you can also use the eraser of the pen.
3. Finished! A clean page to write again.

CAN I WRITE WITH ALL PENS?
No. The Happinote pen is specially designed with Frixion ink. This ensures that you can erase it easily.
NB! You cannot erase pens that do not contain Frixion ink.
Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping from €40 within the Netherlands.
Letterbox package within NL with Track & Trace: €4.25
Shipping costs to Belgium are between €5.90 - €12.50.
Every order is shipped with Track & Trace. However, there are exceptions where you have the option to choose letterbox post, where Track & Trace is not available.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped with PostNL and are usually shipped within 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace link to follow the order.
Track & Trace is not available for letterbox mail. In that case, we are dependent on the regular letterbox deliverer PostNL.
PostNL delivers from Tuesday to Saturday.
How can I return?
You are entitled to a reflection period of 14 days. Let us know within this period that you are canceling the purchase. You then have 14 days to send the return. The shipping costs of your return are at your own expense (€4.25 with Track & Trace). These will not be reimbursed.
When returning the entire order, the refund includes shipping costs of €4.25 that was calculated when the order was placed. In the event of a partial return of your order, only the amount of your returned product will be refunded. After receipt, we will refund the amount due to the account with which the order was placed within 14 days.
Please note! personalized Happinotes cannot be returned.
Kan ik de bestelling ruilen?
You can exchange the product within 14 days of the order date provided it is in the original condition and packaging. The shipping costs of your return are at your own expense (€4.25 with Track & Trace). After receiving the return, we will send you the desired product.
The order arrived damaged. What now?
If your product is delivered damaged, please report this to us within 14 days of receipt. Email us a photo of the damaged product to contact@happinote.nl. Based on the photo, we will provide a suitable solution and replace the damaged product. To prevent waste, we would like to receive the damaged product back and we will repair the damage if possible.
Can I still change my order?
Provided the order has not yet been shipped, we can change the order. Email us at contact@happinote.nl and mention 'change' in the subject and we will respond as soon as possible. Once the order has been posted, we unfortunately cannot change it anymore.
NB! After you have sent an email there is no guarantee that your order has been changed. Only when we have confirmed this to you by email.
